The Brief

Vivo Life is a Glastonbury-based premium health and fitness supplement brand, known for its clean, plant-based formulations and uncompromising sustainability standards. With a loyal vegan and vegetarian fitness following, they approached us to help expand their reach —engaging a broader fitness audience and reinforcing their positioning as the go-to high-performance nutrition brand for everyone from casual gym-goers to elite athletes. Working closely with Vivo Life’s senior management and marketing team, we created a three-month brand awareness strategy, centred around the launch of their new product line, Sustain. This included authentic digital storytelling, a major event sponsorship, and a live brand activation at Superhuman Games 2025.

The Solution

Leveraging the Superhuman Games platform as organisers of one of the world’s most respected functional fitness competitions, we knew the Superhuman Games audience —a mix of elite athletes and passionate fitness enthusiasts —was the perfect match for Vivo Life’s brand.

  3. Immersive Onsite Brand Activation– The Vivo Life Performance Village served as a high-footfall hub for recovery, product sampling, sales, and interaction. Key features included:
    • Recovery Zone with ice baths, sports massage, and in-competition product sampling of Sustain and Ignite
    • Mobile Hydration Station — a roaming, highly visible activation serving Vivo Life electrolytes directly to athletes on the move
  4. Post-Event Brand Recall Strategy – Follow-up email campaigns offered athletes exclusive discounts in exchange for product feedback, extending engagement beyond event day.
